Get them at "ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/3.3-RELEASE/floppies/". If you want to make the floppies from a DOS/Win box you'll also need the "fdimage.exe" utility at "ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/3.3-RELEASE/tools/".
