Could you please try booting with "hint.acpi_hpet.0.disabled=1" ? This way, you should be able to boot with ACPI enabled. Escape to the boot loader prompt and type: setenv hint.acpi_hpet.0.disabled=1 I believe your hardware must have some problem that's causing a divide-by-zero trap.
