The = installation seemed to go fine, however, now the disk is extremely slow = and seems to perform access in very short, quick bursts. For instance, if I try to open a file with vi, the disk will perform = many short "grind" access bursts before actually opening. What could be the problem here and where do I go to try to fix it up???
