Just copy the attachment from my last message to
/usr/ports/dns/noip/files  and
rebuild. The exact command sequence is:

cd /usr/ports/dns/noip
cp /path/to/patch-Makefile ./files/
make clean
pkg_delete -f noip-2.1.1
make install
