I'm open to suggestions. GENERIC is bloated. This impacts our minimal memory footprint, but doesn't makes the kernel itself more bloated to anyone who cares, since they can compile a kernel without it. I think it should be included as a module or something in GENERIC, to make support easier (and because it's sexier). -- Daniel C.
