http://www.iet.unipi.it/~luigi/ip_dummynet/ tells you more, and i am
writing manpage for dummynet and bridge.

BTW as someone suggested, the name "dummynet" is not terribly
indicative of what the module actually does, so if someone has
suggestion for a better name for the manpage, i can make sure that
we have xyz(4) linked to dummynet(4)
