I just checked on the ftp.freebsd.org site and the package is there at
/pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/net/bind-8.2.2.p5.tgz.

Just download it through normal ftp and do a 'pkg_add -v
bind-8.2.2.p5.tgz' at the command prompt.
