Well, the handbook used to be outdated, some parts still are, but I try
*very hard* to have new things in there as soon as possible, as in less
than a week. There's a batch of updates coming up there

Now, I'm not sure about what you're asking has been announced or not, the
fact that the handbook is updated regularly, or about CPE ?
