IN someone's CVS tree :)

I was able to locate the patches from NetBSD that add fat32 support.
WARNING:  These are UNTESTED and MAY NOT APPLY CLEANLY.  USE AT YOUR OWN
RISK. I can't support these, so you're on your own.
