Hello,

I wanna ask if someone can help me to make PTHREADS works
on FreeBSD 3.4 - STABLE on DUAL SMP PII/333 .
When compiling the kernel i include 'options POSIXxxx' and
'options _xxx_SCHEDULING__' or whatever it was but when I try to
run some of mine code that uses Pthreads it just dont work symetric
or there are no syncronization between tasks

I tried FreeBSD 4.0 and I found the source to work just fine but now
I have problemmes with the ata-driver.On boot time I get 'ata1-slave'
device timeout, 'ata1-slave' identity failed but I dont even have secondary
slave device. My motherboard is ABIT BP6 with HPT 366 U/ATA66 con-
troler. Is there some problem with that MB or how can I solve this problem
The ATA is PCI so I left only device ata; atadisk; and atapicd in the kernel

Hope someone can help me and thanks for reading my questions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks a lot for the paitence reading my letter (Please excuse my mis-
understanding or bad english)
