I have VIA VT8623 Apollo CLE266 integrated video card. There isn't kernel direct rendering module for via cards at present. X.org says about it: '[drm] failed to load kernel module "via" (EE) VIA(0): [dri] DRIScreenInit failed. Disabling DRI.' Will it be via drm ever?
