gdb core output

Firefox crashes when downloading two (or more) mpeg videos (and possible
others), and opening one of them with VLC while another one is still
downloading.

To reproduce:

Start downloading small and large mpeg videos.
When small completes, open it with VLC while large still downloads.
Firefox crashes immediately when VLC opens the file.
