Subject:   /dev/drum remnants

/dev/drum was removed quite a while ago; however, it is still referred to
in a few man pages (MAKEDEV.8, dmesg.8, ps.1, systat.1).  Would anyone
care to review the following diffs to remove /dev/drum references and add
kvm references as appropriate?
