 * We've lost no history yet - I did a cvs remove and the files are in
 * the repository if you still want to try something more clever. :-)

Well, the only thing I can do at this point is to commit all revisions
on top of what is already in emulators/xmame.  It is certainly doable,
but would have been much much easier if it was done as a repository
copy (in which case it would have been a single "cp" command :).

 * Probably not worth worrying about in any case.

It's rather annoying when I can't immediately get older revisions of
Makefile and files/md5 (I need these to maintain packages-stable/ and
distfiles/ on wcarchive). :<
