Hello..
I need some help... I want to install FreeBSD over ftp.... I have a
cable modem.... it seams that i can't get it initialized for your
installation... I want to install , but as soon as i type in my ip and
host name in the menu for ftp installation i get an error or my computer
freezes up..
My configuration list on my computer:
- 3com EtherLink III Lan PC Card (this one is used for the cable
modem)
- pentium 166MHz with 80Mb of RAM
- Segate Medalist 1.7 gig hard drive (Ide)
- Yamaha Opl sa3 sound card
- ATAPI IDE cdrom ( it is a hitachi cdrom)
- 33.6 zoltrix modem....
That is the configuration of the hardware on my computer... I don't know
why your installation media does not work.... I had Red Hat installed
previosly and i could install over a network there so i don't know what
to do...
PLEASE HELP
