Interesting, isn't it, that FreeBSD supports most Microsoft technologies but 
Microsoft doesn't follow suit?
Sorry, you're out of luck short of writing a filesystem driver for UFS. One 
may exist, but I have yet to see it.
If it is critically important that you have some type of Unix and Windows 
and that they interoperate, you can either make a FAT/FAT32 partition that 
both systems can mount/write to or you can use Linux and then install one of 
the Windows EXT2 drivers.
(You can probably get FreeBSD installed onto an EXT2 partition, but that 
kills some of my favorite benefits over Linux)

Hope this helps. You could always send a request to Microsoft. I'm sure 
they'll ignore it. ;-)
