Hm, this isn't on the rc.conf manpage. These control the source routed packet sysctls. Source routed packets allow the originator of the packet to specify the route the packet is to take. In general source routed packets are evil and are most likely spoofed, but they can be useful for debugging. I suggest leaving them disabled. > What are the consequences for NATD?
