This will end up in -CURRENT sometime.  If you can't wait, you can
download the patch set:

  http://www.frenchfries.net/paul/freebsd/blowfish.passwd.patch.gz

It's patched against -CURRENT from a about month ago, but might also
patch cleanly against -STABLE.
