Perhaps this port should just be deleted.  I created it with the
thought that others might find it useful, but I've already spent more
time fixing it than I ever spent actually using the program.  Plus
there hasn't been a new version in several years, and it doesn't even
correctly handle mounting an HFS+ filesystem read/write.

I think a much better idea is for Someone (tm) to import the port of
Darwin's HFS+ filesystem code (http://people.freebsd.org/~yar/hfs/).

Either way, I think this port was a bad idea and would like to drop
maintainership.  Sorry for the bother.
