The development release is 2.19 I think - fork to bugzilla216 with japanese/bugzilla dependency fix - update current ports to 2.18 - bugzilla-devel will be 2.19 (if exists) > PS. Use unify diff for your patches (diff -u). Sorry my mistake :)
