This is getting pretty off-topic, but...

He's a good programmer.  Great.  What does that have to do with his skills =
as=20
a system administrator?  I worked at a place that had a genius .NET=20
developer, but I wouldn't run around replacing Unix servers with Windows ju=
st=20
because that's what he liked.
