Normally the port builds fine, see

for an example. 

With gcc48 configure breaks because it cannot find the include files for
libmilter. If you reallt insist on forcing the use of gcc48, you are onyour
own. I suggest reporting this to the upstream via the developers list
<http://www.trusteddomain.org/mailman/listinfo/opendmarc-dev>.
