What seems to be wrong here? This is one of those little thumb-sized
flashdrives; 4.5-RC1 right now on a VAIO.

Aug 7 22:54:03 vaio /kernel: umass0: ACDC Inc. USB Mass Storage, rev
1.10/0.01, addr 4
Aug 7 22:54:03 vaio /kernel: ugen1: ACDC Inc. Security Device, rev
1.10/0.01, addr 5
Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): got CAM status 0x4
Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): fatal error, failed
to attach to device
Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): lost device
Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): removing device
entry

The flashdrive is formatted FAT and I've tried
mount -t msdos /dev/da0 /mnt
but it still fails to attach.
