You don't even need it.

It's one of their gratuitous packaging errors.  Look into the `shared'
mwm: it doesn't use libg++ at all (but has a hard reference to
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.2.0.0 instead, grrrr!).

After all: i'm rather dissatisfied with SWiM.
