Are you >seeing something similar on 4.6? Nope I don't even get that lucky :). I get the errors: 'module_register_init: MOD_LOAD (vesa, c1323d04, 0) error 6' with VESA, SC_PIXEL_MODE, and pseudo-device splash compiled in. 'module_register_init: MOD_LOAD (logo_saver, c1321a58, 0) error 19' 'logo_saver: no suitable graphics mode' If I try and use the daemon logo_saver. >If you see a row for mode 258 (0x102) then >VESA_800x600 should work. >If not, you have a newfangled chip which has dropped >some old vesa/vga >support. The only modes I get are 80x25, 80x30, 80x50, and 80x60. I checked the specifications for my video card and the listing showed, 'Register compatible with VGA', and 'BIOS compatible with VESA for super VGA'. Any thoughts Greg? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
