I am trying out the geli partition and everything is just fine, except that it would never detach. It just freezes and I have to do "reboot -q" or "reboot -q -n" in order to start over. The thing seems happening only with large >100G partitions. 256Mb memory stick worked perfectly. I have recently updated all sources and recompiled the system. I waited about 4-5 hours for the provider to detach. I removed GBDE support from the kernel, just in case. Thank you for any comments about it, -Nikolay A Mirin
