How do, [cc'd to -doc] Per a discussion on -doc, please could you repo-copy the following files to a file called "index.sgml" in the same directory as the original file. I.e., "en/alpha/alpha.sgml" to "en/alpha/index.sgml", and so on. I'll update the Makefiles, and any internal links afterwards, and then "cvs remove" the old files.
