Ok after failing trying to install my motorola surfboard usb modem with freebsd i decided to buy a ethernet card that was on the hardware list for freebsd... the card is the model netgear fa311 and my kernel seems to have what is needed for the ifconfig to detect it but it simply won't detect the card... so either you can help me by saying how to make freebsd detect the card or how to install the usb modem PLEASE HELP... it's the second card i buy! thank you David Nogueira. _________________________________________________________________ Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8.
