Ah!  Good catch!  I've changed this to -noaspectlock in the development
version.

You can also do:

   fxtv -xrm "Fxtv.aspectLock: False"

which works even without -noaspectlock available.

Strange.  Mine works fine with that.

How do you mean it "doesn't work".  What does it do?
