looks like it doesn't really use irq 10. This behavior indicates that the
card is _not_ producing any interrupts. Are you sure that the card is
_really_ set up to use irq 10 ? Just because the kernel says that the
card uses that irq does mean not that it really does. Basically, the kernel
takes your word for it.
