Buaas" Message-Id: <199507130338.UAA19325@wireless.net> To: questions@freebsd.org Subject: making system init floppy images Sender: questions-owner@freebsd.org Precedence: bulk I asked earlier about instructions for making the floppies that create the initial system on hard-disk. What I meant was, are there instructions for making (constructing) the images which, when written to floppy, do the deed. I'd like to make images which have my own kernel, not kernel.GENERIC. Alternatively, can I paste my own kernel onto the existing images? (These are the instructions I seek). Thanks in advance. best regards/bob
