If you wish to support that code, we'd be happy to let you have it.
We don't have any active contributors who actually use X.25 &c, so we
are not prepared to support it.  If you're willing to provide official
support for it---and that means fixing it to kill all the remaining
compile warnings and updating it to keep up with changes in the
networking framework---then we might consider shipping the code again.
