This is of course useless, as both options are turned on by default.
I'll take the blame and the pointyhat :) That's what happens if you task
switch from *another* Mozilla security update to what seems to be a
trivial patch to a recent commit one did, without thinking it through...

I'll remove this with the next update, to not have another useless
commit, and it doesn't cause any harm in the meantime.
