They comes from another standard, ISO 15897: "8. Natural language, as specified in ISO 639 9. Territory, as two-letter form of ISO 3166" I can't find there something about codeset/charmap standartization, but perhaps I just overlook some reference. --1LAqo2a7sSKGut8OSAFBxCCJj96jGObXe-- --WoTE0oBWc3SakH7xS1VPsx0ukpJBp64nC Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQEcBAEBCAAGBQJXZuxDAAoJEKUckv0MjfbKWXEH/iBBMGi43MlgKWOMwN7ufY8J e1uEjw4CnZ4qkRPqGZIJZy7tUhbVm1AOeU8A50BDDrDR/VPA+/Wdnc9VCC0u++LE Jmgd4InFxjP7QjrpOGRSkuyq3iDdPeEkFCrEiQ+p8l+2Zbs13Yp9lCOdDBlL8Kuf WYQVnWtGCcM9KWhZkWIRP0DAovC3crrRkbXUb9tq07BpVCfFnk6RxccykoXMKZwp ISa5LE45AlDEksej5CF/UYX7WByM7AEq7BAcyaI2Ai4k0NKmn+aNsE1e1vTU0m37 d3wfyG1+kOYXbYgeblZO/NNmlkbBv9uxtCNSuGEKJXkmoFs+LFNeDWKvXC6w64Q= =W+Ss -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --WoTE0oBWc3SakH7xS1VPsx0ukpJBp64nC--
