You can get the ports for TeX and LaTeX in /usr/ports/print (if you have the ports tree installed). I prefer to use the teTeX distribution, also in /usr/ports/print. teTeX is a big distribution containing TeX, LaTeX, AMSTeX etc.... It's nice and has some decent setup utilities.
