Hi!

I've tried many times to build net-snmp (from /usr/ports/net-mgmt/net-snmp)
with no success, and (apparently) no combination of WITH_ and WITHOUT_
variables passed to make woud make it...

The kernel I'm running currently is:
FreeBSD orion 6.2-PRERELEASE FreeBSD 6.2-PRERELEASE #0: Fri Oct 20 04:48:16
VET 2006     root@orion.nebula.mil:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/CUSTOM-3  i386

Note: Since FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE I've tried to no avail.

>From pkg_version(1):
net-snmp-5.2.2_1                    <   needs updating (port has 5.2.3_3)

My /etc/make.conf contains:

CPUTYPE=pentium4
CFLAGS=-O2 -pipe -march=pentium4
COPTFLAGS=-O2 -pipe -march=pentium4
DOC_LANG=en_US.ISO8859-1
WITH_OPENSSL_STABLE=yes
PERL_VER=5.8.8
PERL_VERSION=5.8.8
WANT_OPENLDAP_VER?=22
NO_PROFILE=true
MAKE_IDEA=true
NO_ATM=true
NO_AUDIT=true
NO_BLUETOOTH=true
NO_FORTRAN=true
NO_OBJC=true
NO_PIB=true
NO_I4B=true
NO_INET6=true

The error message is

mibII/tcpTable.c: In function `tcpTable_load':
mibII/tcpTable.c:840: error: structure has no member named `inp_next'
mibII/tcpTable.c:853: error: structure has no member named `inp_next'

Thanks in advance for any support,
