FreeBSD XXXXXXXX 6.0-STABLE FreeBSD 6.0-STABLE #1: Thu Dec 1 21:39:55 CST 2005
>Description:
I installed both apache 2.2 and php5-extensions from ports with the RECODE option turned on and this causes apache to segfault. The solution is to move the recode.so to the top of the extensions.ini file
>How-To-Repeat:
Install Apache 2.2 and php5-extensions from ports and choose pretty much everything including the recode option.
>Fix:
I read on the net in an old post that recode.so conflicts with some of the other extensions. Moving it to the top of the extension list fixes the problem.
