Hi, I have serious problems answering your mail direcltly as it switches to an unknown characterset if I hit 'reply'. To your question. You do not need a special version. Just take the i386 release install it and configure a custom kernel for the i686. You cannot use the AMD64 release. I am writing this e-mail on an Athlon machine. Erich
