Sure you don't want to delete the Windows95 partition?   :)

You can download the fips.exe from ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/tools
to resize DOS partitions. BE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR WINDOWS PARTITION
FIRST! 

Use fdisk to delete the FreeBSD partition, and then use fips to resize 
your windows partition bigger.
