1) man 8 sshd2 for 'AllowHosts' said; "all hosts are allowed by default"
   and the commented example is clear. What is not said is, commenting
   AllowHosts causes the default condition. If I define 'localhost' and
   no other then all remote logins are rejected. I think?

2) Some hints to extra reference material would help. Many Q's to come
   on this, I bet. thanks
