Their Berkeley location is at Shattuck and Bancroft. They have excellent vegetarian entrees and appetizers as well as non-veggie entrees -- some hot, some not. Hackers seem to love this place; I used to run into famed mathematician, LISPer, and "Life" inventor Bill Gosper regularly at their Santa Clara restaurant. --Brett Glass At 11:05 PM 6/21/99 +0100, Nik Clayton wrote: >Hi folks, > >Is it too early to start planning meetings and gatherings around the >FreeBSD Con ()? > >I'm planning on being in the area from the 16th until the 24th of October. >Any FreeBSD users in the area fancy meeting up for dinner, sight-seeing, >and so on? > >Any recommendations for things to do over there, or places to avoid? > >N >-- > [intentional self-reference] can be easily accommodated using a blessed, > non-self-referential dummy head-node whose own object destructor severs > the links. > -- Tom Christiansen in <375143b5@cs.colorado.edu> > > >To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org >with "unsubscribe freebsd-chat" in the body of the message To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-chat" in the body of the message
