$ chflags nodump work
$ ls -ldo  work
drwxr-xr-x  2 avg  staff  nodump 4 18 May  2008 work
$ df -T .
Filesystem             Type 1K-blocks    Used     Avail Capacity  Mounted on
pond/usr/home/avg/tmp  zfs  114487866 7629783 106858083     7%    /usr/home/avg/tmp
