I'm not sure it's very easy to move the encrypted shadow passwords, but
the rest should be *very* easy, once you get the hang of the way FreeBSD
works.

Make sure you install a test machine with FreeBSD and get acquainted
with the installation of the system itself, extra ports/packages and
everything you may find useful _before_ the actual switch though :)
