editors/emacs20 contains an invalid patch file

cd /usr/ports/editors/emacs20 ; make

cvs delete ports/editors/emacs20/patches/patch-ae

Said patch is not needed, and it fails.  With that patch removed, emacs
compiles (and runs) fine.
