If we make the doc directory trees all over again, 'en_US.utf' may
be good.  But, there already exists 'doc/en' directory.  Directory
name change is a very hard work, as you know, so I think we should
continue to use 'doc/en'.

And, I don't like the name 'en_US.utf' because English is used in
many countries in addition to United States. :-)
