Here is the scsi command I use :

scsi -f /dev/rsd7c -c '4D 0 76 0 0 0 0 0 20 0' -i 32 's9 i1'

It is found as log sense page 36H. Works on SCSI revision 6.0. may not
work for older (4 of my 6 disks doesn't have a 36H page). (Temp is Deg.
C).
