Not sure if the mirrors do it just as www.freebsd.org does, but
if you find under Documention ...More and click on it, then scroll 
down to FreeBSD First Steps and click on it, you should get the
article.

Sue's weekly posting to this list has the old link, but there's 
also a copy of the article kept on my own server, and that link
works (and I am updating the article).
