ok. from /usr/src/sys/i386/linux/syscalls.master:
79      NOPROTO LINUX   { int settimeofday(struct timeval *tp, \
							struct timezone *tzp); }

it's getting passed a memory address, and then 0. what timezone do you
have your system set to?
