Having chosen "c" and then "w" from the lable section, i recieve the following error: Error mounting /dev/da0s1g on /export : No such file or directory After exiting sysinstall, I can see from bsdlabel: 8 partitions: # size offset fstype [fsize bsize bps/cpg] a: 20971520 0 4.2BSD 0 0 0 b: 20971520 75497472 swap c: 285153687 0 unused 0 0 # "raw" part, don't edit d: 20971520 20971520 4.2BSD 0 0 0 e: 20971520 41943040 4.2BSD 0 0 0 f: 12582912 62914560 4.2BSD 0 0 0 g: 146800640 96468992 4.2BSD 0 0 0 bsdlabel: partition c doesn't cover the whole unit! "g" is my new partition. Under /dev however I dont see the device file: ls /dev/da0* /dev/da0 /dev/da0s1a /dev/da0s1c /dev/da0s1e /dev/da0s1 /dev/da0s1b /dev/da0s1d /dev/da0s1f Can anyone help :( thanks a lot, Andy.
