Well, I've finished the "make buildworld" for today's -CURRENT, and am in the "make kernel" phase, so whatever bit you doesn't seem to ahve got to me. Hmm, the ".depend" should've given me the clue. I deleted /usr/obj/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/tar/* and all is well. I thought make buildworld takes care of stuff like that :-/ Now that I think of it I'll just delete /usr/obj and start over, just in case.
